What our customers say and how it works

Team London - Greater London Authority

“Now in its fourth year since the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Team London Ambassador Programme was a huge success during the summer of 2015 receiving positive feedback from volunteers and visitors to London. I am delighted that Get Scheduled was once again our provider of the volunteer scheduling and volunteer online booking portal. We look forward to working again with Get Scheduled in 2016 for both the Team London Ambassador Programme and our support to the wider Major Events sector” Jen D’Souza, Senior Manager - Team London, City Hall

European Archery Festival 2014

“Get Scheduled was so easy to use, after half an hour training we were all up and running. Scheduling and Communicating was simple. We would have needed a much larger administration team without the use of Get Scheduled.” Chris Wells, Services Manager

Greater London Authority

“We asked Get Scheduled to provide a complex solution at very short notice, and they responded superbly. The team helped us scope and define our unique requirements, and then configured their system to meet every one. The numbers of people involved in accessing the system meant it had to be intuitive and easy to use, as well as robust enough to cope with our large, distributed volunteer workforce – we were not disappointed!" ICC Champions Trophy 2013

“Without Get Scheduled at the heart of Volunteer Scheduling, I believe I would not have been able to operate the Cricketeers programme without significant investment in additional staff. As it was, we were able to deploy and manage over 800 people with a team of just one full time and 3 volunteer staff. I would conservatively estimate that over the 5 months of the project, Get Scheduled has saved us in excess of 200% of the system licence and set-up costs, by not having to employ a number of additional staff.” Ally Jarvis, Head of Cricketeers Programme

Glasgow Life

“We were under serious time constraints on the lead up to the Commonwealth Games and needed a system that could be shaped to our requirements. The Get Scheduled team were very supportive and worked closely with us to understand our needs and make the system work for us. Throughout the process they were on hand to answer any questions and provide any support we needed and the end result worked brilliantly and really helped us manage communications with our volunteers. Feedback from the volunteers was great, they really liked being able to log in and have some control over their own shifts.” Claire Shiel, Volunteer Coordinator

2014 Ryder Cup

“We worked with Get Scheduled to develop an online user portal for our 2,000 volunteers for The 2014 Ryder Cup. This is the first time that there has been an online portal for The Ryder Cup and we were very pleased to take this big step forward with the help of Get Scheduled. There were a number of very useful tools, such as the email function and the ability to create reports which really helped us with our volunteer management. The portal was a very efficient way for our volunteers to obtain the necessary information. Get Scheduled were a pleasure to work with and we hope to work again with them in the future.” Antonia Beggs, Operations Director
